Maple Sugaring

Parkview operates a maple syrup production program using trees right on campus. Equipment was acquired through a Cedarburg Education Foundation (CEF) grant.

Students participate in tree identification, learning about plant processes, sap collection and measurement, and syrup production. Parkview is currently the only school in the area to run a program like this.

Maple syrup jars are sold at the annual Artist in Residence event, with revenue supporting the Dad's Club.
